Overall, the sale went smoothly. Thx to Marc Trice. However, today, I went in for a service. They’d infected my A/C was fine. Did not say anything about my engine thermostat. Also, I told them about my windshield cracking while sitting in traffic. They indicated that a rock hit it and that is the reason for the crack. VW technician’s are not experts in determining if a rock caused my windshield to crack. This has left a bad taste for me. This will be my last VW.

My service writer, Chris, was great. The vehicle belongs to my daughter, who recently moved back to this area. She purchased this vehicle in another city and also purchased a service plan. Chris walked me through it and printed out the timeline for getting the required services.
