    I've been to other dealers for service, and O'Steen is by far the best with respect to attention to detail, communication, and comfort/amenities at the facility. The staff is friendly and very responsive to any issues I mention when I bring the car in.

    You need a few more mechanics to handle the non-appointment needs. Having to take your car in for a repair require your car be kept for days to just diagnose.
