Staff was super helpful and friendly. No issues - but only 3 stars as I wonder is why it takes so long (roughly 2:15 this time; and last time I think was similar) for an oil change and tire rotation on a scheduled appointment. Last time was late in the afternoon, so I cut some slack then that perhaps something had gone awry. But 2+ hours for oil change and tire rotation at 8:00 am appointment time seems long.

I chose a 5 because it was absolutely effortless on my part. Got the deal I wanted for the price I wanted. To get me out a situation I was in. They even delivered the car. Service like this is not common these days
