Terrific service at a reasonable price always. Service Rep (Anthony Tarantola) is top-notch. He tracks the jobs very well, explains things clearly, applies the discounts accurately, and has excellent recommendations on services that VW doesn't routinely provide (e.g. minor body repair) as well.

The staff is consistently attentive and keeps you well-informed about the status of your service vehicle. They clearly explain any necessary work, ensuring you understand what your car needs. While you wait, the lounge area is very comfortable and welcoming.
