Service contact was great. I did the 80k service required. Also suggested was break replacement, but the dealer charges for brake jobs have gotten out of han so for the first time I had to have service done somewhere else.

We’ve been getting our VW serviced at a different dealer, and they have been sub-par and more expensive. Osteen blew us away with their attitude, upfront opinion about costs, and overall just a more pleasant experience. This was for our alltrack 40k service and it runs like a top and the fixed some interior trim issues under warranty.
