Left my vehicle at time/day of my scheduled appointment but it wasn't taken back to the shop to be fixed until the next day...a full day wasted. Next, my rattle was supposedly fixed at the rear passenger side seat belt but it still rattles (3rd trip to fix this item!).

Brought my 2021 Volkswagen atlas in and talk to Chris in service. He said there was recalls on it. That’s why I had problems a couple days or I couldn’t get to my son’s wedding rehearsal. He said you’re gonna have to leave it with us and I said I only got a rental now he said let me talk to somebody. He talks to somebody. He says I’ll let you use the car skirt courtesy car And I was totally ecstatic. I was able to make it at my son’s wedding the next day and do some other things around that it was awesome. I really do appreciate it.
