My wife had a flat tire on her new Taos. I changed the tire and brought it to Albert at the end of a long day. Al greeted me with a smile and my tire was repaired the very next morning they were open. Albert takes care of his customers.

The 5 stars just for Anthony. He is amazing in his customer service and communication. He Goes above and beyond to help VW customers. Joe like many staff in VW almost in any dealer I. Jacksonville, was zero customer service no greeting, no smile, he could work on his customer service skills.
