    I started on arrival that I did not need an oil change during the inspection because I had only just had my oil changed. But they did the oil change anyway and charged me for it. That was frustrating, but otherwise great service, I appreciate the care taken off my vehicle and the genuine feedback from the service team.

    The associate I worked with was nice, I didn't have any issues there. What bothered me was that I scheduled an oil change 4 weeks in advance and dropped my car off in the morning. I did not get my car back until 10:42 am the next day. I scheduled an oil change and did not know it was going to include an annual inspection. Of course I was glad to know it was going to be completed at the same time. I had no idea my car would be gone for 24 hours for an oil change. It was very inconvenient for two working parents and a family of 5 logistically. Going forward, I will not go to the dealership for an oil change when I can get it done in 15 minutes elsewhere.
