Al was my service agent and he did an extraordinary job! Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell he loves his job. I have been to other VW Service Departments and experience terrible service so this experience was like night and day! I will definitely will have all my service done here going forward.

This is the second time I've taken my vehicle in for servicing, and mentioned something in addition not working correctly, (I.e., key fob & then my app not connecting), the rep told me they fixed it, only to get home and it is not fixed!
