My service experience was great! It was easy to get an appointment, Al was friendly and helpful, and my car was ready on time. The free shuttle to my home was great, too!

The car was returned to us following its 30,000 mile service with a cracked timing cover gasket (according to your technician, the breather valve was over pressurizing); as a result, when the car was parked in our garage and subsequently driven to the airport, all chaos ensued. Not only is our garage floor full of oil but so is our driveway and the car ran out of oil about halfway to our destination, requiring us to take an Uber to the airport to catch our flight. Although we appreciate the dealership fixing the car given your error, there's been no recompense for our time and expense for having to have our garage and driveway professionally cleaned nor the Uber expenses.

Everyone at the dealership is professional & a pleasure to deal with. Al my service guy made sure every detail was handled. The young lady the gave me a lift home & back was so nice. The entire experience was stress free.
