    I've been a customer for about 10 years. The staff is familiar with me and my latest car, an Id.4. If an issue does come up, they do their best to fix it quickly.

    Al was very helpful throughout the entire process with having our VW Tiguan serviced. He helped set up the transportation shuttle to the mall but most importantly explained very clearly the service that was being completed on our vehicle.
