    I dropped the car off at 8am. I had booked it for just an oil change but decided to do the 50k mile service. They didn’t start working on my car until 2pm. I didnt get any updates that it would be an all day job. I understand that you were short that day but better communication would have went a long way. The only time I received an update was when I reached out. When I went in and voiced my concerns I was met with indifference from the service manager. I wasn’t expecting anything but acknowledgement for it taking 8 hours til it was done. I’m not sure I would get my car serviced at this VW again.
