Andrew was great, I called in interested in a used gti and he worked out numbers for me but the car was sold that same day to someone else, but Andrew found me an even better deal. He found me a brand new 2024 in the color I wanted and the interior that I wanted. After he found this car he ran some numbers with me over the phone and they were close to where I wanted to be. When I went it to see the car he did a great job of showing me the car, allowing me to test drive the GTI and showed me all the cool things that the car came with. Additionally since he owned one himself it helped that he knew all the car had to offer. Later he explained the warranty, 3 year maintenance package, and the roadside assistance that pretty much made this deal even better. When I tried getting my trade in value up for the car I traded in the sales manager Chris was great, he gave me an outstanding price for my trade and a great price on the new GTI. I’m glad that they both were able to help me out with my new car purchase and made it very easy. Also another thing that made this car purchase better was that even after the deal Andrew was still very helpful and would respond quickly to any questions I had, which is something I know most salesman wouldn’t do after they got the deal. I forgot my earring in my trade and Andrew responded quickly even though I sent my text really late at night and he told me he would make sure no one touched the car until I was able to get the earring, then after he was able to answer a few more questions I had about the GTI, again in a timely matter. Overall I had an outstanding experience with both Andrew and Chris and I want to thank them for making this experience great for me.
