The dealership didn’t have an appointment for 4 more days, but they understood the urgency of my service (my ATLAS had to be towed) and serviced my vehicle the day it got there. Really pleased with them.

I arrived on time and my vehicle was turned over to them. I was told it wouldn’t me more than an hour or two for warranty items. Two hours later the tech found me and told me they hadn’t even drove my car inside the bay yet. He asked if I wanted to come back later and I was pretty pissed after I just learned I wasted two hours of my life. I requested a loaner and after some hesitation he found one. I asked him to let me know about 30-45 minutes before my car was done so I could return. He let me know and I came back and still waited another hour for it to be ready. A lot of my time was wasted for absolutely no reason.

Dante was so rude the entire time, made an appointment for the earliest slot and they told me there were 3 cars ahead of mine. How is that even possible when I made the appointment a week in advance? This will probably be the last time I use osteen for service unless they can get their service department together.
